Mugwort Dreaming Workshops

I invite you to join me as we move from Summer into the Autumn as we move into the dreaming side of the year. Align yourself with the moon cycles working with Mugwort a most sacred plant and master plant of this land. Enhance your creativity, dreamscape, and connection with self and nature.

Workshops and Meditations will follow the lunar cycles

Workshops will run where possible in the Leyton Marshes near Clapton E5 in Hackney London and also online if there is unclement weather. We will do our best to meet in the field.

Mugwort Moon Circle will be online.

Mugwort Dreaming Workshops

In each workshop we will work deeply with Mugwort through a somatic tea meditation and creative and practical engagement.

The workshops on the Marsh follow closely to the phases of the moon and the exercises follow the flow of this cycle.

They may be taken as stand alone workshops or as a whole cycle.

There is a rougn idea of what we will cover but each session will be unique.

New Moon Workshop Sunday 21st September 10-12am

On the cusp of the Autumn equinox we will begin seeding intention.

First Quater Workshop Sunday 28th September 10-12am

Making Smudge Bundles

Full Moon Workshop Sunday 5th 10-12am

As the Moon pulls towards full we will let Mugwort move us creativly and in daydream

Last Quater Workshop Sunday 12th 10-12am

Sharing, smudging, reflecting releasing offering thanking closing.

Each workshop can be attended as a stand alone session for £40

All the 4 workshops together will be £120 for this initial round.

Mugwort Moon Circle - Meditations

On the Equinox and New Moon I am starting a simple Mugwort Moon circle meditation online aligning with the phases of the moon.

This will be a cycle of 1hr Mugwort meditations 7-8pm

Ideally it would be good to attend a Meeting Mugwort Workshop first that I can arrange in person or online and include the collection or delivery of materials. It is necessary to have some mugwort plant for this session.

£20 drop in and £60 for a Moon Cycle.

I will run this for October and November and see how this goes from there.
